SECRETARY MESSAGE

Our organisation is convinced that no society can be empowered unless women are empowered. Empowering women means they have equal rights, opportunities, dignity and ownership in every sphere of life. With this motto our organisation came into existence in 1995 and since then we are consistently working to bring positive changes in their lives as well as in their children.
During 29 years of our journey, we successfully implemented hundreds of developmental programmes in the sectors like Child Education, Health, Sanitation and Nutrition, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Rural Infrastructure Development,Women Empowerment & Livelihood, Panchayati Raj and Environment.
Our outreach efforts through programmes reached to marginalized and deprivedcommunities of 16 districts in Bihar and Jharkhand states directly impacting the lives of over 20 lakh individuals. These 20- lakh individual include mothers, girls, children, youths, farmers, labours, people living with HIV/AIDS and high-risk groups etc.
