• Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Honorable President of The Republic of India, complimented NIRDESH for involving the Women force for making Serukanhi Gram Panchayat, Kanti, Muzaffarpur Nirmal Gram on 15th August, 2005. Common event was organized in New Delhi by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India to receive the Award.
